The 46th Annual Meeting is held at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando, 5780 Major Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819, directly across from Universal Orlando Resort and minutes from International Drive. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the theme parks and is about 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

The discounted APACVS group rate is $189 per night. The room block is open June 2–6, 2027 and closes May 12, 2027, so reserve early. Please note that attendees who do not stay at least two nights at the meeting hotel pay a $200 surcharge to receive their CME certificate and post-meeting lecture access.
