The 46th Annual Meeting is held at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando, 5780 Major Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819, directly across from Universal Orlando Resort and minutes from International Drive. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the theme parks.  The hotel is about 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO).  The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle.

The discounted APACVS group rate is $189 per night. The room block discount applies to the nights of the meeting: June 2–5, 2027.  Booking nights outside this blocked time will be at market rates and will require you to speak directly with the hotel.   Reservations for the discounted block closes May 12, 2027, so reserve early. Please note that attendees who do not stay at least three nights* at the meeting hotel pay a $200 surcharge to receive their CME certificate and post-meeting lecture access.
